Works on the Kilkenny Central Access Scheme are to result in restricted access, diversions and the establishment of site boundaries in the coming weeks and months.
Kilkenny county council has issued a notice to residents of the planned bridge construction.
The setting up of Sites and boundaries as well as the construction of temporary river access will take place Monday to Friday between 7.30am to 7pm with some Saturday work.
The focus will be to complete all in-river works by the end of September 2014.
As the work advances, access through the Peace Park will be restricted and diversion routes will be in place.
The announcement comes as the Anti CAS group held a final protest in the Peace Park Saturday morning to highlight their objections.
