Chrissie Hynde – founding member of The Pretenders – is one of the headline acts announced for a festival in Carlow this June.
The line-up for the Borris House Festival of Writing and Ideas – run in conjunction with the Carlow Arts Festival – has been revealed.

Now in its 5th year, it’ll see fiction writers, historians, journalists, photographers, war correspondents and musicians coming to the local town.
Over 70 speakers in total will attend the event which runs from the 10th to the 12th of June.
