Conditional planning permission granted for new housing development in county Carlow

Planning permission has been granted, with conditions, for a new housing development in Tullow.

BroCon Properties Ltd’s project at The Green, Templeowen on Abbey Street will see the demolition of two existing sheds and the construction of 35 homes.

It includes a mix of three-bedroom semi-detached and terraced houses, two-bedroom terraced units and a two-storey duplex apartment block.

The development will be accessed via the existing road network and will include 61 car parking spaces, a 10-space bicycle shelter, open spaces and other works.
