There could be a breakthrough in the controversy over the removal of flowers along Carlow’s Tullow Street.
Councillors and local businesses have been up in arms over the absence of the decorative planters on one of the towns main thoroughfares in peak tourist season.
A lack of council funding to maintain the shrubs was being blamed.
But speaking on KCLR Live spokesman Seamus O’ Connor said they are prepared to review the matter.
