Councillor Joe Sheridan calls for traffic calming measures in county Kilkenny village ‘before somebody’s killed’

Councillor Joe Sheridan is calling for urgent traffic calming measures in Kilmoganny.

It follows last month’s incident which saw a car found abandoned after being in collision with a horse, which died, and its young rider who was left injured.

At their monthly meeting yesterday afternoon, Councillor Sheridan said traffic regularly travels too fast through the village and he told KCLR News’ Martin Quilty that measures are needed urgently;
