Councillors to discuss CAS review this afternoon in Kilkenny

Today’s meeting of Kilkenny county council to review the controversial Central Access Scheme has been described as the last chance to stop the project by democratic means

A special meeting is to be held later this afternoon to hear of an official review by Dr Sean Brady

The meeting comes a week after a section 140 motion trying to stop the ongoing work at Greensbridge was defeated comprehensively by council members.
