The Compulsary Purchase Order process has been started by the County Council on 15 key Carlow town sites.
The ambitious project, which includes plans for the former Crotty’s bakery, aims to pave the way for a vibrant urban centre with improved public spaces, enhanced streetscapes, new residential opportunities and more.
