Cupán Cafe in Callan – Connecting with customers, but without electricity – 23/09/26

Alice chats to Brian , who is the owner of Cupán Cafe in Callan. She set up the outlet recently, and it sounds like she’s about to close her original offering at The Watershed in Kilkenny city to focus on it. In general it’s going well with decent footfall and a building loyalty. However, she’s been having issues re electricity connection and seemingly currently has to run power to his machines from the upstairs apartment which her family also rents for her mother in law.
