Darren O’ Neill is back with his Irish team-mates at the National Stadium today as they complete preparations for the European Elite Mens Championships in Bulgaria next month.
They’ve already completed a training camp in Sheffield last Friday but preparations now continue at home before the squad leaves for Samakov next week.
The Championships act as a qualifier for the World Elite Championships in Doha in October so the top six boxers in each weight class will qualify.
Paulstowns Darren O Neill will compete in the 91kg Heavyweight category.
