A Graiguenamanagh Councillor says he was disappointed to hear An Bord Pleanála were postponing their decision on Aldi.
The German superstore had their initial application to Kilkenny County Council approved but that was then appealed to the Bord who were due to have decided one way or the other by Thursday of this week.
However, they’ve now set the 7th of September as the date when that decision will be made.
Councillor Peter Chap Cleere says a lot of people were hoping that the permission would be granted.
