A derelict house in South Kilkenny could be about to get a new lease of life.
A meeting is to take place in Ballyhale later about the future potential for the building on the Main street in the village.
Its hoped it can be transformed for use by the whole community.
Councillor David Kennedy says locals would like to see it turned into a co-op shop or community base for coffee mornings.
While sheds at back of house could be used for projects like Men’s Shed.
