Disappointment for Kilkenny teens with cancellation of summer festival

There’s disappointment for local teenagers with the cancellation of a summer festival planned for next weekend in Kilkenny.

Fusion summer Fest featuring ORB, Audio Fires, Republic of Loose and other local acts had been organised especially for 14-18 year olds and was due to happen next Saturday in James Park.

In a statement organisers say they have had to cancel due to licensing and planning issues and will be issuing refunds to those who have already bought tickets for the event.
