Documentary that premieres tonight to feature key oncologist who grew up in Kilkenny

A documentary due to air tonight will feature a prominent oncologist who grew up in our locality.

‘Any Given Day: Cork University Hospital’ will show Clinical Director of Cancer Services Dr Dearbhaile Collins as she works with patients facing some of the most challenging diagnoses.

She grew up in Kilkenny city and was educated locally, including at Kilkenny College.

The programme premieres on RTÉ One and RTÉ Player from 9:35pm.
