Drug driver stopped in Kilkenny had no tax, insurance, NCT or licence
The vehicle was also seized by Gardaí
A driver stopped by Gardaí in Kilkenny on Sunday night failed a drugs test.
They also failed to produce a driving licence, insurance certificate, NCT or a tax disc.
Gardaí seized the vehicle and the driver was arrested for drug driving after an oral fluid test was positive for cannabis.
