It looks like Carlow is in for a significant Jobs and Tourism boost with 200 thousand euro promised for an exciting new project near Bagenalstown.
It will see the restoration of the former brewery and maltings at Dunleckney which will see it developed into a world class visitor experience in association with local craft brewers ‘Carlow Brewing Company’
The money comes through Failte Irelands initiative ‘Irelands Ancient East’
Seamus O Hara of Carlow Brewing Company says it will be great to revive the history attached to the building.
