Extra clinics for local blood donors this Christmas

You’re being urged to give blood this festive season

The call is going out as the Irish Blood Transfusion service says 15 thousand donations will be neeed in the coming weeks to keep supplies up in our hospitals.

Extra clinics are being put on locally – you can give blood in Carlow on the 21st, 22nd, 23rd and 28th of December and in Kilkenny early in the New Year from the 4th to the 7th of January.
