Famed Carlow Kilkenny horse trainer in touching tribute to Dad who has died

Funeral details have been announced for the father of local horse trainer John ‘Shark’ Hanlon.

William ‘Billy’ Hanlon from Paulstown died yesterday at Aut Even Hospital.

He’s being reposed at his home this afternoon ahead of his funeral mass tomorrow after which he’ll be laid to rest in Paulstown Cemetery. (Full details here).
