Family members of those in St Patrick’s Centre in Kilkenny will be updated on the process of winding down the centre this evening.
A meeting of the Family Forum has been organised to take place in the Newpark Hotel and is open to all relatives of people who live in the local facility for those with disabilities.

The Family Forum was first set up after it was announced that St Patrick’s would be gradually closing down almost two years ago.
Marian, who’s sister is a long-term resident, told KCLR News tonight’s meeting is about bringing everyone up to speed on where they are in that process.
