The fate of 14 horses seized in Kilkenny yesterday remains to be seen.
The animals were removed from the Wetlands area on the outskirts of the city early yesterday morning in a joint initiative between Gardai and the Department of Agriculture.

KCLR news understands the animals were impounded and the owners have a limited time frame in which to reclaim them.
