A special seminar takes place in Kilkenny today as part of World Mental Health Week.
The gathering called “Mind your Mental health” is taking place at the Newpark hotel from 10 o clock.
Meanwhile in Carlow, “Walk for your mental health” starts at 10 from the Lord Bagenal in Leighlinbridge and at 3pm you can “plant a tree for OCD” in Carlow Town Park.
