There’s some big changes at St Lukes Hospital today.
There’s a brand new entrance, a new admissions area and the Susie Long Day Services unit has finally seen its first patients pass through this morning.
General manager at the hospital Anne Slattery says the new Dr Jim Mahon Library & Education centre that officially opened last month is now operational too.
The new entrance should be used by patients and visitors for all services at the hospital. However you can still access Accident and Emergency through the existing entrance.
