Former Bank in Carlow now up for sale

A former Bank in Carlow town is on the market.

The old Bank of Ireland at Court Place is up for sale by private treaty and is being advertised as an opportunity for commercial or residential development in the town.

The property is made up of a former bank premises – it includes a two-storey office building and single storey side and rear extension along with a car park at the rear.

Murphy Mulhall is handling the sale of the site which has a guide price of 425,000 euro.
