Freezing temperatures to rise…slightly!

The freezing weather conditions across Carlow and Kilkenny won’t last too long!

Speaking on KCLR’s Open House show this morning, Mr O’Reilly says that the low temperatures witnessed across both counties – which were at points as low as -7 degrees – will improve slightly before tomorrow.
