178 thousand euro in funding has been approved to convert a former creamery building into a start-up business or enterprise centre in Piltown.
Kilkenny Leader partnership is releasing the money to Piltown Community Enterprise Centre Ltd for the work as they’re trying to attract new businesses to the area by offering a range of supports to the winners of a ‘ Start your own Business’ competition.
The proposal is that one or more of these businesses will become the next tenant in this building.
