IT Carlow is getting a big cash boost to develop their facilities, get new equipment and carry out some maintenance work on their buildings.
750 thousand euro is being given to the college as part of the Maintenance Fund Grants for Institutes of Technology across the country.
The money will be used to keep equipment and the college itself up to date.
