Funerals today for 2 local men killed in tragic motorbike crash last Friday

2 local men killed in a road accident on Friday will be laid to rest today

TJ McCormack from Carlow Town and Thomas Hurley from Graiguecullen died tragically when the motorbike they were travelling on collided with a van near Arles on the main Carlow to Portlaoise road between 5.30 and 6am on Friday.

The funeral mass for both men takes place at 11 o clock this morning at the Holy Family Church, Askea.

They will both be laid to rest in St Mary’s Cemetery afterwards.
