GAA round up- O’Hanrahans win Division 2 League

The Blues beat Naomh Eoin 10 points to 7 in their final at Netwatch Cullen Park last night.

Elsewhere in local sport, O’Loughlin Gaels won boy’s Division six at the Feile football competition yesterday afternoon.

The Kilkenny side beat St Mary’s of Leitrim in the final in Carlow.

Danesfort boys and Mount Leinster Rangers girls were runners up in their divisions at the competition.

Elsewhere, Kildare manager Jason Ryan says they let themselves down in yesterdays Leinster semi final clash with Dublin.

5-18 to 0-14 was the final score in Croke Park.

Westmeath await Dublin in the final after their 3-19 to 2-18 win over Meath.

Meath now go into the draw from round 2-B of the qualifiers which takes place this morning after half eight.

Tyrone are through to the next round of the qualifiers after a 1-14 to 0-8 win over Limerick at Healy park in Omagh.

Yesterday’s results mean the provincial finalists in all four football and two hurling finals have now been decided.

Kilkenny training sessions ahead of the Leinster hurling final will be open to the public on Wednesday and Friday.

Sessions will begin at 7 with entry only possible at Ardan de Gras.
