Gardaí are investigating two burglaries at medical centres in Kilkenny which may be linked.
Newpark Medical Centre and St Anthony’s doctors’ surgery were targeted overnight between Tuesday and Wednesday.
A lone male appeared to force his was into both premises, but nothing was taken.
Crime Prevention Officer Sgt Eddie Brennan has this appeal, “We’re just appealing for anyone that might have been on the move around that area. I know it’s overnight, so there may not have been too many around. But, obviously, there is a park area close by, a number of roads and housing estates, maybe that people might have noticed somebody leaving or entering in around that area.”
“Anyone that might have information or maybe dashcam or were on the move in cars around that time,” he added.
