Gardai seek information on dark Audi A3 following house burglary in Kilkenny City

Gardaí in Kilkenny are investigating a burglary on the Tullaroan Road last Saturday

It happened in the Fox Meadows estate at around 12.55pm

Entry was gained through the back door, a window was smashed and the house was ransacked with cash and jewellery taken.

Sgt John Duffy says Gardaí are looking for a particular type of car in connection with the incident…

“CCTV from one of the surrounding areas showed two men entering the house and they’re left in a dark Audi A3 or something very similar to that at least and suppose what we’re looking for with this is if anyone had seen other CCTV around or dash cam of a car that may have been leaving the area in a little bit of a hurry that would be very valuable to Gardai.”
