Rank and file Gardaí will call for pay increases when the GRA conference gets underway in Carlow tomorrow.
Over 115 delegates representing 10-thousand rank & file Gardai will gather at the Mount Wolseley Hotel in Tullow over the coming days to discuss the way forward for the force after a number of controversies in recent years.
The conference will also hear motions of no confidence in the Garda Ombudsman Commission – and a call for more protection for frontline officers.
