Kilkenny food group Glanbia was represented at a major Dairy seminar in China today.
Hosted by the Agriculture Minister in association with Bord Bia the seminar in Beijing was aimed at raising awareness of Ireland as a premium dairy producer ahead of the abolition of quotas next April.
A co-operation agreement was signed today between the Chief executive of Bord Bia Aidan Cotter and the China Dairy Industry Association.
A presentation was given by representatives of the Irish Dairy industry including Glanbia.
