More than 100 new vehicles were licensed in Kilkenny on Friday last according to one local car dealer.
Michael Lyng says that the outlook is positive for the motor industry in 2015, and pre-sales for this year are up on 2014.
Over 96,000 new cars were sold last year, and it is expected that the total will exceed comfortably the 100,000 mark in 2015.
