Graiguecullen ghost-estate goes on the market

A ghost estate in Graiguecullen has been put on the market.

The 68 acre Fruithill Manor is being offered for sale with a guide price of 1.25 million.

There’s 75 houses – all of which will require further internal works while the site itself also needs work as well as access to the relief road.

The sale is being undertaken on the instructions of Jim Hamilton and David O’Connor, BDO, joint receivers of certain assets of the late Patrick McCormack, who was the developer.

Closing date for offers is 30 July 2014.
