Cuts to funding for music programmes in Kilkenny have been slammed by a local councillor.
The Arts Council has cut money going to the group called “Music in Kilkenny” who works at bringing classical music to a wider audience locally.
Malcolm Noonan says it’s a big blow to the local musicians.
