A Local Green Councillor has said that it will be challenging to retain a seat in North and South Kilkenny, as well as in Carlow, in the coming local elections.
Malcolm Noonan was speaking to KCLR news as the Green party gears up for the European and local elections at the party’s National conference.
The conference is taking place in the Hilton Hotel in Dublin today and will conclude tomorrow.
