Doctors gathering in County Kilkenny today say the Health Minister is refusing to meet with them.
The IHCA, representing hospital consultants across the country, says Jennifer Carroll MacNeill has ignored repeated requests for talks over the past 20 months.

Speaking from their annual conference at Mount Juliet Estate in Kilkenny, the group says urgent discussion is needed on patient safety, waiting lists, and the state of the health service.
