Low paid workers in Carlow and Kilkenny are being urged to seek advice if they can claim a rebate from the government.
Thousands of employees who were overcharged on the health levy from 2010 until this year are being encouraged to appy to see if they can claim some of the money back.
The rebate applies to those who earned less than 26,000 in 2010 but DID earn more than 500 euro in any given week and had to pay a 4% levy
