Henry Shefflin thanks those who supported his family during Henry Jnr’s recovery

“He had such a happy little face that turned to horror so quickly” – the words of Henry Shefflin about his son, Henry Junior.

In May this year the 5-year-old was injured in an accident at home when it’s understood his foot came into contact with a lawnmower.

He spent a number of weeks in Crumlin Children’s Hospital.

Speaking to KCLR Live today, Henry senior paid tribute to all those who supported him and his family over the last 9 weeks.
