Leighlinbridge again didn’t disappoint turning out in huge numbers last night to welcome home the Aintree and Irish Grand National winning horses and their handlers.
KCLR’s ‘The Home Run’ (4-7pm) broadcast from the county Carlow village as part of the festivities to celebrate the most recent achievements of I Am Maximus and ‘Soldier in Milan’.
While the horses weren’t saying a lot, our Vinny Bradley did manage to get a few words out of legendary trainer Willie Mullins:
