“If I wasn’t from Wicklow I’d like to be from this city” says An Taoiseach Simon Harris while launching Kilkenny Arts Festival

The Taoiseach’s insisted if he wasn’t from Wicklow he’d like to be from Kilkenny.

Following a brief stop-off in Carlow, Simon Harris moved onto the Marble City to officially launch the 51st Kilkenny Arts Festival.
