An inquest in England has found that Peaches Geldof died of a heroin overdose in April.
Her husband told the hearing she’d started using the drug again in February – despite having given it up in the past.
Police found heroin worth around 500 pounds in her home.
The coroner also heard there was no indication she planned to take her own life.
