Irish Water spokesperson says sorry to those who couldn’t get through with queries & concerns

A spokesperson for Irish water has apologised to people across Carlow and Kilkenny who have had difficulties in contacting them.

Elizabeth Arnett – head of communications with the utility company admitted on the Sue Nunn show this morning that there were times that it was impossible for people to get through to them with their concerns and queries about billing and water charges.

She said that was not acceptable.
