It’s 30 years today since Jo Jo Dullard was last seen.
The 21-year-old Kilkenny woman was trying to get back from Dublin to Callan to start a new job on this date in 1995 but disappeared after stopping off in Moone, County Kildare – her last confirmed sighting was at a phone box there at 11:37pm.
In 2020, on the 25th anniversary of her disappearance, the case was upgraded to one of murder. Last November a person of interest was arrested and questioned before being released without charge while lands in County Wicklow were searched.
Last week on KCLR JoJo’s sister Kathleen Bergin told of the support the family’s had over the past three decades and how they’ll keep searching for answers in hope.
Today from 2pm, family, friends and more will gather at the courtyard of Kilkenny Castle to walk to the Missing Persons Monument.
Gardaí have today reiterated their appeal for information;
