Local TD John McGuinness has criticised AIB for rushing into action against Dan Morrisseys.
Widespread relief was expressed after the concrete plant was granted an examiner shortly before 5 oclock yesterday evening.

The High court decision means that 160 jobs have been saved.
The Kilkenny TD says the plant has secured contracts for work worth several million euros.
