KCLR and the Sue Nunn Show team have been challenged by the Health Promotion Unit of The HSE to compete for the most steps taken next week. We are up against Ayrfield Medical Practice in Kilkenny City.
The deal is that we all wear pedometers from tomorrow morning and log how many steps we take each day. The team with the most steps wins.
