Carlow Weather’s Alan O’Reilly warns that stormy conditions will develop rapidly into a potentially damaging storm tonight.
Carlow-Kilkenny can expect heavy rain from midnight tonight with strong winds picking up throughout the night. The worst of the winds will be seen between 6 am-11 am with strong and damaging gusts.
