Declan Mccann of the Friends Of St. Luke’s expresses disappointment as the MRI scanner for St Luke’s is not yet operational.
Hopes to have the scanner in operation by Christmas have been dashed but according to a statement by St. Luke’s, new projections are for late February or early March.
