The Garda who saved a man from the water in Kilkenny at the weekend says they were in the right place at the right time.Garda Caroline O’Brien and her colleagues were on patrol when they spotted the man enter the water at Johns Bridge.As the only competent swimmer, she went in after him, assisted by her colleagues from the river bank.
