KCLR Live: Kilkenny County Council’s Tim Butler On The One Way System In The City

If you are heading into Kilkenny city tomorrow morning bear in mind that there will be a new traffic system in place.

From tonight (Friday) Rose Inn St and High St will be open to traffic only from John’s Bridge to the Parade and the Parade to Parliament Street.
