A number of road incidents have been reported to KCLR this morning.
Inspector Paul Donoghue from Carlow Kilkenny Roads Policing Services discusses the cause these incidents. He also reminds motorists to reduce speed specially after a a heavy rain and flash flooding in certain areas.
